In English, we use a comma when the Nebensatz precedes the Hauptsatz, but not when the Hauptsatz precedes the Nebensatz.
Remember that in English, you cannot connect two Hauptsätze with a comma. You must use a semi-colon, as I have done above, or a conjunction like "and", or make them separate sentences.
