Good work.

"ointment" is not countable, therefore requires "some" rather than "an"

"she" is the nominative case of the feminine  personal pronounl, whereas "her" is the accusative case.  The accusative case is needed when the pronoun is the direct object of the verb as in " He will send her to  see a specialist."

2. This man has a problem with his eye. He needs to go to an ophthalmologist. The doctor will check it with his instruments and prescribe some treatment. I think  he will advise him to buy some (an) ointment. 3. First, I think this woman needs firstly (most modern English speakers simply say first, second, third and so on) to go to a general practitioner. He will ask questions, and, if necessary, he will send her to a specialist. 1. This man has something wrong with his nose. He should to go to an otorhinolaryngologist (This specialist term might be correct but very few English speakers would use it in normal conversation. They would more often say ENT, which refers to an ear/nose/throat specialist). The doctor will check him and give some instructions.

I think he will advise him to buy some ... N.B. There is NO automatic comma between a principal and a subordinate clause in English.
