I'm presently hooked on some TV programs. It is the soap opera which I used to watch, after every day returning from my work. Those junk programmes helps me to relax. It resets my brain and helps to recover after harsh day of work. Of course I realised already, that this habit started to take away a little to much of my time. So I should better controll my free time schedule. I have to change my TV addiction into something like working out in a gym, instead of watching junk programs.
