I was trying to follow and improve the sentences you had written.
After the word 'for', we English usually use 'reading, learning, speaking etc.,' in the present continuous tense or the gerund. If you want to use the infinitive 'to read, to learn, to speak etc.,' that is acceptable too, 'I use the Internet to learn to speak better English, to read about other matters of interest . . .'
I hope that this helps you understand why I made the alterations to what you had said; merely to make it sound better when read by an English speaker and to improve your English skills too.
