Do you think that being a parent is different today from being a parent 100 years ago?

I don't think that being a parent is different today from being a parent 100 years ago, because the environment and knowlege are changing. The human has a better understanding of the processing of growing. As technological development, the people know how to take better care for baby, and how to raise their children scientifically.

I don't think that being a parent is different today from being a parent 100 years ago, because the environment and knowledge are changing. The Humans/People ha(ve) a better understanding of the processing of growing up (adolescence). As (Due to) technological development, the people know how to take better care for their babies, and how to raise their children scientifically.

processing is a very technical term, my suggestion is: "people nowadays have a better understanding of the process of adolescence"

Anyway, great job Yan!

Good.

You start off saying that being a parent is no different these days than100 years ago and then give reasons why it is different! If you want to say that being a parent is still the same today, then perhaps replace "because" with "even though". You are then saying "yes, all these things have changed, but still the basic job of a parent is still the same as it was 100 years ago."
