Five years ago I went to Panama. One trip was to go to an island.My God!! what a beaches!!! so beautiful. We stayed a night there with native people. Amazing experience. The water was so clear and blue/green. I'd like to go again :-)

Five years ago I went to Panama.

One trip was to go to an island.  Sounds better;- "One trip I went on was to an island."

My God!! what a beaches!!! so beautiful.  Sounds better;- "What beautiful beaches"  or  "The beaches, were so beautiful" with emphasis on the word 'so'. 

We stayed a /the night there with the native people.

(It was such an amazing ...) An amazing experience.

The water was so clear and blue/green.

I'd like to go there again :-)  If you add "someday" at the end of this sentence it makes sound more natural like you are dreaming or hoping about it.

I hope you do get there again - someday.
