There are many kinds of relationships.[In the ..] 3rd [photo] When you are a child, it's easy to make friends. We certainly all remember great moments of intimacy with our close friends. 2nd- When you become an adult, then you have professional relationships. You can't have the same relation with your boss and your workmates. Even some of your colleagues could become good friends. 1st/- But the loosest relationships are that of acquaintances. There is no obligation to be unfriendly. On the contrary, as the old women does, a smile is free. The one who receives it is not the only beneficiary. It is good for yourself too. Think about it! ;)
Complicity is both a strong and a rare word in English - it means involvement in a criminal act or [very rarely] "complexity": http://www.thefreedictionary.com/complicity Mates is generally a slang term for friends, workmates, oddly enough, is ordinary English for the people you work with! Colleagues is a "higher level" word, but can be used here as a synonym. The last phrase I replaced because we wouldn't say it! There was nothing wrong with the English! Excellent! |
