Yes, I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. People begin a new day after having breakfast. What are eaten in breakfast give us more energy that decreases during the night. I usually have a slice of bread, one sliced tomato, a piece of cheese, a couple of olive, a glass of tea, some honey and sometimes boilled egg for my breakfast.
