"boulanger" and "boulangerie" are, as you said "fleca" and "flequer", but they can also be translated "forner" and "forn de pa". "Flequer" is not a word much used in common talk.

another translation for baker is panader, it seems castillian but there are medieval documents where this word appears, here in valencia is more habitual forner.

Forn de pa : bakery -We say just : Anem al forn a comprar pa (We are going to the bakery to buy bread)
I never know if in english it's: to the bakery, or: to the bakery's, or else, sorry.
