I'm smoking a lot and I can't stop cause I will have a lot of nervous.
I like the coffe and sometimes I take more and it's unhealthy ... sometimes I need to make sport... and I didn't do...mmmm a lot of things that I need to change
I'm spending too much time at the computer...it means with my bum glued to my chair :) I'm a bit too lazy these days :)
Ok with smoking I will tell you a few tricks to quit. I started smoking when I was 14 and quit when I was 18. Here is how I did it. I quit after I got really sick with a bad flu. You do not want to smoke as much in this time and after it if you put your mind to it it will be easier to quit. :)
Laziness is an issue even for me sometimes. All you have to do is get in the car and start going to the gym or the park. Do not even think about exercise. When you are there out of the house you will feel better and less lazy. :)
I eat lots of ice cream! :-P I believe it's perfectly healthy! I don't want to reduce it really. My stomach is so happy with it that I believe I'm losing weight!!! :D :D :D

If you think that it's true then it becomes true right? Haha no ice cream is only delicious in small amounts early in the day for a little treat every so often. But if you do not want to reduce it that is your decision. :) have fun
Everyone gets Angry it is all about control. Change anger to positive energy.
Buy a punching bag. When I am angry I use that get a great workout and feel much better. :)
So take deep breaths and start punching things. :D

Every few months I get into this little habit of drinking energy drinks, its so hard to stop when it gives you that massive boost for the day! In regards to yousra hamry things that help me when im angry is excercising, like going for a run. You release all that anger and your mind is just empty during that time :) Music also helps or like Phil said just go punch things! Preferably not the person hahah!
Haha yes definitely avoid punching people. Strictly punching equipment. When I need an energy hit I have a glass of beroca. Try that instead. Also take a multivitamin and spirulina daily. ;)
But yes not just a punching bag workout any form of exercise will help you get back to your happy self. :)
