Numerable and not numerable

In English the numerable nouns are: apple, car

not numerable nouns are: love, milk.

The numerable nouns have a plural form that a singular and can be preceded by a/an or by a number.

That's a good idea.

We need four bananas.

A not numerable nouns have only the singular form and can't be never preceded directly by a/an.

Too much coffee isn't good for you.

Music helps me to relax.

With a locution a...... or .... the nouns not numerable cab take a numerable form.
