i have never smoked.i think it is a bad habit...
I think it will and determination we can do anything .
I think to conduct healthy way of life and be all right.
To stop a bad habit, I remember that it takes 21 days to accept a lifestyle change. I write down my objective, this makes it visible for me to see. Then, I place little reminders on my phone at different intervals. If its something that requires outside encouragement, I let my family and friends know and put together a support team.
There are many ways to stop a bad habit, but the very first step is to 'want' to stop it for yourself- then for others.
My goal was to lose 30 pounds before I turned 40. I reached that goal! Now I want to lose more! I have gained help from fellow gym members that I work out with, from family, and friends. In helping myself, I am helping others, being a healthy example to my kids, and being a healthy member of society!
If anyone needs encouragement, I am here for you!
Good luck and God bless! :o)

The best way to quit on a bad habbit is to replace a bad habbit with a new, good habbit. Life is mathematics.
- (bad habbit) + (good habbit) = harmony
