Some of them are Franch (Bitter Moon, La delicatesse), some are German (Mondscheintarif, Keinohrhasen and Zweiohrkuken). The 'Moon' is a British movie, the 'Steel Magnolias' is American, the 'Kunsten a tenke negativt' is Norwegian (I've seen it with the subtitles). And 'Shi', 'Fei Cheng Wu Rao' are Asian movies.

I've remembered the other films. There are Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain (France)

                                                                      Requiem for a dream (USA)

                                                                      Cidade de Deus (France, Brazil)

                                                                       Anatomia Milosci (Poland)

                                                                       The Shawshank redemption (USA)

Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo (Italy, Spain, Germany)

"Moon" is overwhelming! and I totally agree with Forrest Gump, American Beauty, Green Mile, Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain, The Boondock Saints, Brave Heart, ...

And no offense to you ty but Til Schweiger-films and Mondscheintarif as the best films ever??? In my mind better German films are made by Fatih Akin, Wim Wenders or "Almanya" is also great.

Other films I love are:

Fight Club (US)

Il Divo (Italy)

Moulin Rouge (US)

The Prestige (US+British)

Ghost in the Shell (Japan)

1,2,3 (US + Westgermany around 1960)

"Todo sobre mi madre" and "Los abrazos rotos" (by Pedro Almodovar Spain)

Harold and Maude (US 1968)

Persepolis

Adams Aebler (Denmark)

Big Fish (Tim Burton)

Blood Diamond (US I guess)

Kama Sutra: A tale of love (by Mira Nair - nonbollywood India)

Carnage + The Pianist (also by Roman Polanski)

Pulp Fiction (US)

Vratné lahve (Czech)

Sin City (US)

Clockwork Orange (Kubrick - the master of the best and at the same time most unsettling films ever!)

The list could go on forever ^^'

Limolino, you like grave movies ) We for the present haven't rised to them ) But 'The Pianist' is very impressive film! I liked it very much! 'Big Fish' is also interesting movie. I like some theatrical things. The 'Sin City' - absolutely yes. The 'Moulin Rouge' is a magical film. But I didn't like the 'Pulp Fiction'. I think it's for one-time watching. Moreover the chronology doesn't concur with it. Don't take it as referring to yourself )

Planet of the apes (cycle of 5 parts, 1968-1973, USA)

Joyeux Noel (Germany, France, UK, Belgium, Rumania)

La luna en botella (UK, Spain)

Сатисфакция (2011, RF)
