I'm one of those. I'm trying to find a partner which had the my same passion to putting hands on dough @. I'm think to one small business like restaurant or bakery. My main fear are the government taxes. I really hate my state because it doesn't promotes any job.

Well, in my opinion, you need to have an idea at first, and after you need to plan what are you going to do and if you have to, at least, the minimum knowledge about the business management and money to invest on it.
It's important to you know some laws, and must to be strategic and identify your target audience, you must have goals to be met, always with certain deadlines.
If you haven't any plan so you can fail and it will be terrible, you'll lost money, although you can also get some knowledge simply risking. You must create something new and creative that will make you a good entrepreneur .. You should know what people need and put plans into practice.
