Hello everybody. I love strawberries so I'd like some strawberry cake please. My birthday is on December 25th so my birthday cake is usually a 'Christmas cake'. It has lot's of fruit in it, but no strawberries!

lots of fruit (no apostrophe needed) 's = possession, e.g. Mary's coat, or it denotes missing letters, e.g. it's = it is, it has, and you can also say its, a possessive pronoun meaning something is of itself, e.g 'its a cold day'. (Oxford English Dictionary definitions).

Hi,
.....'Hello everyone, next Saturday I will prepare a very special cake to celebrate my birthday. I would like to make a cake with berries in it.
First ..... 'Happy Birthday and I hope you have a briliant day with family and friends.'
In English we always need to use the personal pronouns (I, we, you, me, etc.).
One berry but two or more berries.
Tchau.
