In England, a traditional meal is fish and chips.
The fish is cut into fillets, covered in a delicate batter and fried.
Is there any country that does not know what chips are?
I am not sure, but anyway, they are potatoes peeled and cut into finger shaped slices and fried.
Then you eat the fish and chips, preferably from the local fish shop in the paper wrappings they are wrapped in, and drenched in vinegar, but easy on the salt in this day and age! :)
