2. What about по- :
1) we write this prefix as an one full word with verbs (watch - смотреть, I want to watch - Я хочу посмотреть),
2) sometimes по- with the adjective or with the noun makes adverbs (по + дружеский (friendly) = по-дружески
(how? - in a friendly way); по + английский = по-английски).
3. Я думаю, что лучше сыграть в бадминтон.
4. Выходные - it's a word of full value. There is no prefixes.
5. What about В and С: these prefixes we use with verbs, for example: ходить (go) - входить (go in / enter), ходить (go) - я хочу сходить (i want to go to ...)

The two most important words you will learn in Russian are please and thank-you. You can just add these to any sentence to make it more polite.

The word Пожалуйста is also used to mean "You're Welcome", after somebody says thank-you.
Saying Hello.
There are two forms of this word.
Здравствуйте - Hello - We use it when we want to say "hello" to strangers or young people say it to adults.
Привет - Hi - It's commonly used with friends.
Здравствуйте may be a little difficult for you to pronounce at first, but it is the most common Russian greeting so you should try to practice it.

Как вас зовут? - What is your name?

Note: The above 3 phrases are gramatically unusual. You should just learn the whole phrase, not the individual words.
How are you?
The most natural way to ask someone how they are in Russian is to ask: "how are things?"

До свидания - Good-bye. (The до is pronounced as if it is part of the next word)

Asking about languages
Вы говорите по-английски? - Do you speak English? - if you ask it strangers.
