Hello Ana!
Welcome to our group.
It is very nice to meet you!
Hello June and hello to everybody also! I'm Ana
Well, my English is at beginner level, but I'd like to improve it because I am a student of Human Medicine and the majority of information about this subject is in English.
Recently* I decided to practise this language as much as I can. I hope you will help me with my writing.
Thank you for inviting me!*
* This is a better word than 'nowadays' which is used when you want to describe a change in your life:
'I used to walk to work, but nowadays I go by bus.'
Also, nowadays suggests recent times, but you use the word 'decided' which suggests a decision was made in the past.
*you use 'me'; when you refer to yourself, but when you refer to other people, you use the word 'us.'
You have done well in your introduction Ana!
You have a very good incentive to learn English if you are studying Human Medicine and most of the subjects are in English!
Good luck with your studies!
June :)

Hello Diana!
A warm welcome to our group. :)
It is very nice to meet you!
Your introduction is very good!
Thank you for the nice things you have said.
There are only two corrections:
Always give yourself a capital 'I' when you refer to yourself in writing, in the middle of a sentence as well as at the beginning.
'I hope this group will be as nice as it looks.....'.
'Would' is usually looked on as being the past of 'will'. As you are expressing a hope now it is more appropriate to use will.
'He said he would come to the meeting last night, but he didn't' This is saying what someone said yesterday and didn't do!
Contrast this with:
'He said he will come to the meeting tonight.'
The meeting hasn't happened yet, but a promise had been made.
'would' is also used to express an imaginary event or to express a hope:
If I were to win the lottery, I would buy a new house and travel abroad.'
I hope you do continue to enjoy being here Diana!
If you write about some of the topics, I willl correct for you.
I am very interested in helping people with their Engllish.
It is my native language and it is my pleasure to help you.
June :)
