By profession, I am a Chef. I have worked many years in the culinary field and hope to have my own restaurant in the near future. My first love has alway been cooking and anything to do with food and the preparation thereof. And that irratated my wife to no end, after working a long summer of 16 hour days, she stamped PAID to the relationship and that was that. At the moment I run my own repair business, I seem to have the ability to fix just about anything. On my off time I like to spend it reading and learning new languages: Russian and Italian. Although I have a friend that suggests that I learn English first, I reply to that with a baseball bat.
