Love the outdoors, cycling, skiing. Love to travel (but work too much!)
Complete German beginner but I find I love learning the language.
Started with audio tapes (Michel Thomas...really great course, A+) at the end of May 2012. Joined Busuu a month later. I have finished A1 & A2 on both Busuu and Deutsche Welle and I passed a Goethe A2 exam January 2013, with the second highest grade "Gut", scoring 86%.
I am now taking a break from Busuu to use other learning methods. I especially need to greatly improve my understanding and use of German grammar (which busuu does badly). Then I will be back to tackle B1. Bis spáter!! .....John
