Paul and Sarah are discussing what they like to do in their free time.

eugenia1171: In my free time, I take aerobics classes to jump and sweat a lot! I can barely stand up after.

Paul: I just prefer to lie down on the sofa and watch TV.

eugenia1171: You are so lazy! I can imagine you falling asleep and snoring.

Paul: I assume that after your aerobics class you swim for an hour.

eugenia1171: That is true! Stop making fun of me! You can barely bend down. Exercising makes you feel better.

Paul: I am too old for that amount of exercising! I prefer to chew a slice of pizza and cuddle on my sofa.

It's very good, but we can always improve.I always say that listening and singing are a good exercises.However, you can also practice with specific words, like these:table, translator, toolkit, market, finder, butterfly, psychologist, culture, honey, toothbrush, sink, would, Paul.
To learn how to pronounce these words and anyother just go on google translate.Good luck and happy new year.
