ricarossi: Customer service, this is Alex speaking what can I do for you?
Laura: Hello Alex, I just bought my new computer but it does not seem to turn on.
ricarossi: I am sorry to hear that. Obviously there is a problem. Could you please give me more details?
Laura: Well, it just shut down and I cannot turn it on again, I would like a refund. This is unacceptable!
ricarossi: I understand your situation. Your computer is still covered by the warranty. If you can just bring it back, we can either exchange or fix it.
Laura: I will bring it tomorrow. Thank you for your help.
