Dentist: Hello Paul. It has been six months already. Last time we treated a cavity in one of your premolars. How are you feeling?
Vera_Regina: I am fine. I hope you don't have to do a filling again! I have a little pain right here.
Dentist: I see, this is the wisdom tooth. I have to remove it. I will numb the area, you won't feel a thing I promise.
Vera_Regina: As long as I don't hear the drill, I will be fine.
Dentist: I will extract it and prescribe some antibiotic. You will have to follow an oral hygiene routine to prevent the tartar here.
Vera_Regina: I will follow a strict hygiene routine. I just don't want to be back here again!

You are doing really well. As commented above drill and strict. It is usually where English is a little more clipped. Listen to yourself and you will hear the difference between you and the dentist.

Well done
