A live group lesson is an online, teacher-led, 45-minute lesson with up to 5 learners. Each lesson has specific goals to help you reach fluency.

All of the content has been written by our language experts and the lessons are designed to maximise the amount of interaction you have with your teacher and fellow learners.

The focus is on increasing communication skills and confidence through a range of interactive exercises.

When you have registered for your free trial, you will be able to book any lesson that has space available during the free trial period.

You will be able to join the lesson 5 minutes before it begins from the My Lessons section, where you can also manage all your future lessons.

You don’t need to prepare anything before your lesson and you can download the content before the lesson if you like.

Once you have signed up, you will be able to book 3 lessons within the first 7 days. After the free trial period ends, your chosen subscription package will start.

You will also have access to all of the content in Busuu’s app, including our self-paced material that supports the Live Lessons, our AI-powered Smart Review, Busuu certificates, community features and a Study Plan.

We’re confident you’ll love Busuu but if you do want to cancel for any reason, you can do that anytime in Settings in order to prevent the subscription from starting when the trial is over.

We will be sad to see you go but you can cancel your subscription anytime in Settings.

If you cancel during your trial period, your subscription will no longer begin after the 7-day free trial period expires.

You need to log into our website, go to Settings > Subscription and press the button to cancel the subscription. This means that it won't renew at the end of the period you have already paid for.

You can still access our Premium content until the end of the period you have already paid for and use any remaining credits for Group Lessons.
