Hi. I usually eat about 6 times per day, small portions. I usually do not eat meat. I might have a protein drink , a banana and a cup of hot green tea for breakfast. Then, between breakfast and lunch I have an apple. For lunch I might have a bowl of chicken and vegetable soup, and I always drink lots of water. Between lunch and dinner, I might have more fruit. For dinner I might have an egg and a piece of whole wheat toast, another yogurt and another cup of green tea. In addition to small meals, I exercise several times per week. I carry small bar bells for resistance, I do arm excercises, leg lunges, planks, push ups and walk on my tread mill for aerobic excercise. I stand straight, get the diaphram off the stomach. Standing tall helps you to look better and feel better. I pray each morning and night. I am 54 and many think I am much younger. I have had children, and I weigh 105 pounds or 44 or 45 k. I am 5feet 4 inches tall. The same weight as when I was 19 years old. If you want to do it, you will do it. If you don't want to, you will not do it. It is a mental attitude, positive or negative. You can do it if you want it.
