We are currently searching for:

busuu.com is now looking for a new Head of Education to support our team in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

• Design & implementation of the educational strategy of our language learning platform
• Continuous improvement & quality control of our existing language courses in currently 6 different languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese)
• Relationship management with our existing content & institutional partners
• Project management for the implementation of new products

Requirements:

• Native speaker or bi-lingual in English and fluency of Spanish
• Sound knowledge of at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian or Mandarin
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a language teacher or within the field of language education (e.g. for a well-known language material publisher)
• Strong interest for new technologies
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
• Team player and strong capacity to prioritize and structure own work load
• Good taste for Vino tinto is appreciated
